An initial walk through, with all parties involved, will determine the scope of work, which includes building design, permit process, and estimated costs. Agreement with the adjuster and customer on what work will be performed, ensures no out of pocket expenses except for the deductible. All pertinent documents are reviewed and signed.
The second phase of the PROject is when the work is physically underway. Any and all subcontractors will be attained. Inspector meetings will happen to certify that the PROject is being completed accurately to specifications, safely, and up-to-code.
All final plumbing and electrical work, as well as, the concluding stages of construction will be completed. A certificate of occupancy will be awarded. This phase permits you to move back in!
